#25: Creating A Real Estate Empire w/ Dr. Miranda Phillips

In this episode, I'm joined by Dr. Miranda Phillips, an ER doc who like so many in emergency medicine was getting burned out despite a really successful career as an attending and a director. The way she and her husband decided to deal with burnout was unique. They took a deep dive into educating themselves about investment and real estate. Three years later, they had a real estate portfolio that's generating passive income equivalent to three physician salaries, which has enabled her to retire from emergency medicine and focus on her passion, which is lifestyle medicine. Dr. Phillips is an absolute rock star and her story was really inspiring.
