This week BrainTap Business Journal Podcast welcomes Jessica Dogert. Jessica is a dietician, nutritionist, and creator of Mindful Musings, a food, wellness, and lifestyle journal as well as creator of a unique course called Nutrition for the Limitless Brain, which she’s sharing with us today. She’s been featured in Shape Magazine, Huffington Post, Health, CNN, Redbook, Parents, and Fox News. She’s collaborated with Hi-Vibe Superfood Juicery, Chill Chicago, Dawn Jackson Blatner, and Farmer’s Fridge. She also co-hosts a podcast called The Foundation of Wellness: A Refreshing Take on Diet and Lifestyle. She has dual degrees from Purdue University in Dietetics and Nutrition and Fitness and Health. She has made it her life’s work to help others live their best lives using what she calls neuro-nutrition, so you not only feed your body properly but keep your brain working at peak performance.
