We're tired of drinking alone, so this week we wrangled Christophe Lechevalier to pour a few back while talking to us. Not only is Christophe the owner of the most *chef's kiss* perfect accent for talking about wine and cheese, he's also the owner of Bermondsey-based wine bar, [Lechevalier](https://lechevalier.co.uk/)!
