Working Through Big Emotions

If there is one thing we can all look forward to in the upcoming months, it is BIG EMOTIONS! Grown ups, and our kiddos, have been through a lot the last year and a half… and with summer starting, more time around the home, and long days to fill, there are sure to be some meltdowns.
