As we head into Q4, this is the time of year where things start to feel (even more) intense. The pressure to reach those goals we set way back on Jan 1st is closing in on us. The Holidays are coming and we are about to have EVEN LESS time to do so, and if you’re like me, you’re likely switching between imposter AND shiny object syndrome on the daily. (thanks IG)... But I’m here to tell you it does not have to be this way. In fact, what if I told you that Q4 is actually my favorite quarter of the year because I refuse to indulge this BS (remember, my no BS era. That goes for this too).

When there are only a few months left in the year, it’s easy to put yourself up against that clock, but how is that really serving you? Is that really going to help you be the most productive? … I'm sharing how in this episode!
