Lately, I’ve been very open about the struggles of momprenuership and how it can feel really alone, really isolating, and really hard. Not to mention in the middle of a global pandemic that takes away so much of our village and our social interactions. But, you shouldn't have to do the alone! A big reason why it is so hard to be a working mom is that so many people in your life will not understand. And, no fault to them, it can be tricky to find the type of connection you need when people just don’t get it… get you. I felt this hard when I was pregnant with my daughter, and so I created a community around what I needed! If you’re feeling alone, isolated, and like no one understands you, you just haven’t found your community yet. If you’re feeling like you have to choose between business and motherhood, and your dreams have to be put on hold because you’re a mom… .you just haven’t found the right resources and support yet. The power of the right community can change your life!

In the episode we talked about the things I knew I needed from a community:

Vulnerability

Support

Like-Minded Women

Education/Resources

Have you found your community yet? How does your community support you? Let me know at [email protected]
