We kick the show off discussing his time in Elvis Presley's band and producing albums for Lyle Lovett and Marty Stuart in the mid-late '80s. Tony notes on the style of Marty Stuart and his being soul bearer of traditional country music.

We move on to the '90s to discuss Tony's role in the careers of three major stars in Vince Gill, Reba McEntire and the king of country music, George Strait.
