To celebrate the holidays we are recording a trilogy of holiday monsters. To kick off this trilogy Vanessa is covering the hungry Yule Lads and Bailie is discussing Dwight Schrute, I mean Belsnickel. 

We are drinking delicious, refreshing Peppermint Bark Mimosas! To make one with us you will need chocolate chips, candy canes, grenadine, peppermint schnapps, and champagne. To prepare you will need to melt the chocolate and crush the candy canes. Then dip the edge of the glass in chocolate then dip it into the crushed canes. We put ours into the freezer after for 10 minutes to let the chocolate harden. Then pour 2 oz peppermint into the and top off with champagne afterward add a dash of grenadine to make it pink. then stir and enjoy!
