Our cocktail we are sipping on this week is the Hollywood Gold cocktail! To make you one to drink while you listen you will need 5 large chunks pineapple, 5 fresh mint leaves, 1/4 ounce simple syrup, 1 ounce fresh lime juice, and 1 1/2 ounces of Rum. Combine with ice in a shaker then strain into a chilled glass.
