Bonn Park is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the City of Kitchener's Artist in Residence program with a special 10-episode series about some of the artists who brought it to life.
In the series, Sara and Marshall -- who himself is a former City of Kitchener Artist in Residence -- chat with creative people who have held the year-long position, and find out what they are creating now.
In the ninth episode, Sara and Marshall visit with KW Junk Music founder, Mary Abdel-Malek Neil, a singer, songwriter, and community musician with a passion for making music accessible to all by reclaiming items from the landfill to create inexpensive instruments.
