Hi! I'm Allyson, a licensed therapist specializing in eating disorders, OCD and anxiety. My mission is to create a world where all bodies can thrive by promoting messages of body justice, recovery skills and mental health tips from the perspective of an ED/OCD therapist, survivor and activist. Social justice is an integral part of my work. I identify as a mixed race woman and I believe that all parts of our identity (race, gender, abilities, size, sexual orientation, etc) impact how we perceive our bodies and the bodies of others, unpacking this is the key to our freedom.
