Paul Harvey (The Rest of the Story) Abandoned Blind Racoon

The Rest of the Story (aka "TROTS") had been a staple of Paul Harvey from the time it was introduced in May 1976 through Paul Harvey's death in February 2009. This usually aired Monday through Friday of each week in the early to late afternoon, and sometimes was repeated in the early evening. Each broadcast started with "You know what the news is, in a minute you're going to hear the REST of the STORY". This was followed by a 30 second commercial and then the story itself. Without the intro and commercial. they are approximately 3 minutes and 45 seconds long.
