In the midst of the COVID-19/coronavirus outbreak, three of the four states scheduled to hold primary election voting yesterday stuck to their plans, while asking voters to be mindful of their fellow citizens. Illinois decided not to cancel or postpone election day, though may adjusted their plans by voting through the mail. Former head of the Better Government Association, Andy Shaw, joined Bob Sirott to recap the results and look ahead to what might take place in November.
