This week Kelly got to play some board games at work - and on company time!

Her manager wanted to do some team building exercises, and rather than pay some consultant thousands of pound to go build rafts in a field they got to play some board games in the comfort of the office.

We discuss the different types of games that could be effective for team building - and maybe some types you would want to avoid!

We also have our usual discussion of what we have been playing in the week including 12 Days- a Christmas themed game as well as Sagrada and NMBR 9, two little puzzle games Becky is obsessed with.
