Zane Simon & Connor Ruebusch are back with the MMA Vivisection PRELIMS SHOW, breaking down a set of six bouts on the UFC APEX 1: 'EYE vs. CALVILLO' prelims card, taking place at the UFC APEX Fight Center in Las Vegas, NV this weekend, Sat. June 13, 2020.

This week’s UFC card isn’t likely to get any outside of the most hardcore fans excited. And even among them, there’s a fair chance that they’re just being contrarian. The main even between Cynthia Calvillo and Jessica Eye is a fight few saw coming as a potential main event, and while the co-main event between Karl Roberson and Marvin Vettori should be fun, there’s very little in the way of divisionally relevant matchmaking top to bottom.
