Pat has an impressive CV in the SAAS arena, ranging from co-founding Intellesys in 2000, where he served as Head of Customer Success until March 2008. During his extensive career he has contributed his expertise whilst working at Bazaarvoice, TALEO, and as a consultant at Robert Walters. Before his current position, Pat was Chief Customer Officer at Brandwatch for three years.
