Welcome to another edition of the Blocktalk podcast. This week we're chatting to David Reid, who is currently Deputy Chief Executive of James Gibb Residential Factors, transitioning to CEO in April 2022.

David has been in the industry since 1999 and he started his own company – Life Property Management in 2003. which was the fastest organically grown property management in the history of Scottish factoring. Now, David tells us, James Gibb is the fastest organic and manufactured growth company in Scotland. He joined the PMAS in 2012 and, today, is their Immediate Past President.
