Episode 5: The meaning of disruption and the importance of failure

In this episode, I had the great pleasure of speaking with Trond Arne Undheim. We spoke about what it means to be a futurist, the concept of the Four Forces of Disruption he devised, the meaning of failure, the book he already managed to publish about the aftermath of COVID-19, and many more fascinating topics.  Trond is an experienced speaker, entrepreneur, and former Director of MIT Startup Exchange, based outside of Boston. He is the CEO and co-founder of Yegii, a search engine for industry professionals, providing collective intelligence. Another cool thing about Trond is that he helps organizations to deal with disruption.
