Melissa is a Bachelor of Fine Arts student at Boise State University, a mother of six, and an author of literary fiction and suspense. She loves to explore humans and all their complexities, especially when it comes to moral ambiguity. When not writing, reading, or chasing tiny humans, she can be found running on the track. Her work has appeared in Memoir Magazine and The Coffin Bell Journal. She is the author of That Night on the Bayou (Black Rose Writing, November 2019), and The Weaver (Magnolia Press, 2020).
