Lynda Sunshine West: The Year of Fears

Lynda Sunshine West grew up in a volatile environment that was physically and verbally abusive. It was alcoholic household and she ended up marrying someone just like her dad. As a result Lynda’s voice was stifled. It left her feeling suppressed, ignored and judged and so it literally shut her down.

 

At the age of 51, she found a life coach who helped her discover that she has value and that it was time for her to raise her voice and speak out loud. When she did that she was met with praise, recognition and acknowledgment.

 

That in turn led her to create a Global Mastermind Program that helps women entrepreneurs excel in their business. Lynda is now an accomplished public speaker and she interviews stars on the red carpet. She has made tv and podcast appearances. 

Now that she’s discovered her value and shares her voice, she is on a mission to help 1 million female entrepreneurs do the same.
