We respond to the recent Athletic report by Nick Groke and Ken Rosenthal. The report highlights the fact that full-time front-office staffers were forced to work as "clubbies", players begged Bridich to bring back DJ LeMahieu, and players felt abandoned when their first ever divisional championship was within reach.

As fans we knew it was bad, but now we have the tangible evidence. The Rockies aren't just a poorly run baseball team, they are a poorly run business.

On a lighter note, we had the pleasure of chatting with Albuquerque Isotopes General Manager John Traub. John shares great insight into the minor league game including what exactly a minor league GM does and how he sees baseball at altitude.
