Chiropractors often reach out to me and ask for help. Frequently, the area where they are having the most problems in their practice is patient retention.

Now I’m sure that most chiropractors would just prefer that I give them a simple “secret” to patient retention. But I’m not sure that something like that exists. I am sure that there are a couple of foundational principles regarding patient retention that every chiropractor needs to follow.
