Talk about perseverance and grit! Straigh out of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Dr. Stepps had to get it out the mud. Life threw him a number of curve balls that helped him find his purpose. He had to pick himself up from very dark places on multiple occasions but came out triumphant as one of the coolest doctors out here.
