In light of all of the protests for social justice and racial equality, we decided to take a more serious look at the rights of protestors. As people of color, even knowing our rights, we've become accustomed to having these rights violated. We discuss things like whether or not you're legally able to record police interactions, surrender your photos, videos, or recording devices to the police if asked. We also offer some safety tips for those on the front lines of these protests.
