Child bullying and parental reactions

Its an ugly reality as parents we aren't really prepared for..or can we be? how can we prepare our kids to deal with bullying and/or prevent them becoming bullies themselves.As well as reacting to your child being bullied/being a bully, we discuss our own reactions to being on both sides of the fence.
