This is part 2 of our conversation with Mr. Tyrone Larkins, former inmate at Attica prison in 1971. Attica is known for a prison riot where over a thousand men, took control of the prison and took hostages in their demand for better living conditions. Larkins continues his riveting account of his time at Attica and life beyond the wall.
We are the Brooklyn Combine, a non-profit community organization. We work with schools, community organizations, and dedicated city officials to help provide mentorship, critical education, leadership, and social support programs to youth and young adults in low-income and underserved communities.
