This week we sit down with esteemed, elder statesman of Brooklyn/Pittsburgh, Jack Walker. Jack shares stories of his past life as a manager of jazz legends while dropping some wisdom on raising family, being a former Black Panther and his spiritual journey. Not to mention, providing the 'blueprint' for one of our favorite streetwear designers, daughter April Walker.
We are the Brooklyn Combine, a not-for-profit community organization. We work with schools, community organizations, and dedicated city officials to help provide mentorship, critical education, leadership, and social support programs to youth and young adults in low-income and underserved communities.
