Julie and Corey are joined by Scott Miller (author, coach, speaker, podcaster) to talk about his new book Master Mentors.  Before he joins the show, Julie and Corey talk about mentors in general, and they debate if you need to personally know someone for them to be your mentor.  Once Scott joins, they continue the conversation of mentors being personal.  Scott covers understanding morale in your business and how most people in your life will tell you exactly what it is that they need from you.  The three cover understanding root causes of problems and asking the right questions to uncover them.  The podcast ends with Scott giving his opinion on mentors.
