Matthew Diemer, who is running for Congress in Ohio’s 16th district, joins the show to discuss the role of government in small business and how he plans to make things better.  Before Matthew joins, Julie and Corey discuss their opinions on government and its role in small business.  After the break, Matthew discusses how he doesn’t want to be labeled a politician and how there needs to be a shift in small business culture.  The three go on to discuss the importance of culture and how trade schools need to become part of the education program.  They finish off the show by talking about hiring issues, wages, and how one size fits all programs and laws aren’t helpful.
