Julie and Corey launch a new podcast series that’s going to focus solely on the process of opening Corey’s restaurant.  This will be a multipart series that will drop a new episode every month until launch.  On the opening show, Julie and Corey first talk about what it’s going to be like being a client and a consultant and how this approach may be similar or different to their other clients.  After the break, Matt Karfakis joins the show to talk about Cabo Fish Taco in general.  Matt has a deep background in food service and is acting as a consultant to Corey to help him open the new store.  Corey and Matt discuss their history in the restaurant industry, how their experience qualifies them, and why building a foundation is so important to any business but especially restaurants.  They end the show by talking about their concerns and why Cabo will be successful.
