Welcome to the latest episode of BizQuiker!  Today Julie is thinking about leadership, and how often we tell people to stop doing things versus asking them to start doing something.  “Stop interrupting me while I’m speaking!” versus “Would you mind if we started questions after I’ve finished my update?”.  The concept of asking someone to start something versus stopping it has a profound impact on how our brain interprets the request.  Julie wants us to start thinking about leadership from this perspective.
