When we aren’t surrounded by noise (podcasts, people talking, the television, radio, music, etc.) we are forced to spend time with our thoughts, and those thoughts will reveal to us where we most need to focus.  Our thoughts guide us to our weak points, and those weak points represent growth.  Well, they represent opportunities for growth.  But you have to get silent in order to really hear them.  And then you have to take action.
