It’s hard to get ahead when you are spending time with people who are content exactly where they are.  

Growth isn’t for everyone. Not everyone wants to push themselves to achieve more. There are folks who are content watching tv instead of reading. Content eating treats and trash instead of eating healthy and working out. Content drinking every weekend (sometimes every day). 

Those are not your people.  

Well, those are not your people if you’re fighting to achieve something big. If you’re in expansion mode, you cannot level up with people in destruction mode.  Raise your game by raising your players. Evaluate your team regularly.
