Crystals are naturally occurring minerals that have been forming under years and years of pressure.  They all emit a signal, a frequency, an energy that we can receive consciously or unconsciously.  They help us align our energy to get back to a natural state of being.

They all have different properties and by working with specific crystals we can tap into energies to align and support us being our best self.
