Francis Pouliot is the founder and CEO of Bull Bitcoin, one of the top bitcoin exchanges in Canada.   He left Canada in July 2020, after being highly critical of the governments actions in response to Covid-19.  He is now living in Costa Rica, pursuing the life of a 'Sovereign Individual'.   He said he had some things to get off his chest, so we set up a chat.
