This episode we welcome our guest Kelsey Hightower. Kelsey is the former Director of Operations at PuppetLabs and is now the Director of Engineering at Monsoon Commerce. Kelsey manages a team of 14 across QA, Software Developement, UX and Tech Docs. He's curerntly involved in the Go programming language and is a contributor to the Go project itself along with many open source projects written in Go.
