I've been an energy healer for 20 years and have worked with thousands of clients. The truth is that energy is primary. Our physical, mental/emotional and spiritual bodies are changed based on what happens in the energy fields that support them. Freeing up internal resources so the body can heal itself is the goal of energy healing.
