Should Spring Break be cancelled?

Canadians are divided on whether spring break should proceed at the same time as it usually does (31%), be cancelled (29%), or be postponed to a later date (27%) where they live.

Americans are also fairly split: 31% think it should proceed as usual, 32% think it should be cancelled, and 17% think it should be postponed.

Julianne Piper, a researcher studying the breakdown of the pandemic early warning system, known as the Global Public Health Intelligence Network or GPHIN, said the government’s handling of the highly specialized unit is an important area of concern when looking at what went wrong in the early days of the outbreak.
