Niagara and Hamilton police services to share, Hussein Hamdani and $1.4B transit funding

Could there be a way for Niagara and Hamilton police services share services to save money on policing? Today the federal and Ontario governements will sign a $1.49B transit funding agreement that will allow for upgrades to tracks, new busess, shelters and upgrades to stations themselves. However; Hamilton is not on this list. The cities listed include Toronto, Ottawa, Waterloo, Barrie and Sudbury.
