Hamilton is taking a look at scrapping a program that will spur downtown development. They argue that there may not be a need for the program any more now that the city is booming.

Hamilton is spending $16,000 so they can count how many out of town trucks are using the Red Hill and Lincoln Alexander parkways. The reason for doing this is because they want to come up with ways to ease congestion and to ask for money to maintain roads.
