Criminalizing distracted driving, council code of conduct and truce in Syria

Hamilton’s mayor says he’s looking into  what happened at the Mountain LRT information session where two councilors fired off questions at a staff member in front of a crowd. Russia and the US are arguing over the length of a truce in Syria. The US wants the truce to be called for 7 days, while Russia says 48 hours.
