Presentation focus is often misplaced. When this happens, the message is weakened, or, worse, it is totally forgotten. To deliver Big Presentations, we must be purposeful with the focus. What do we want the audience to experience? What do we want them to learn? What do we want them to do?  These things define the focus. Most of the time, it is not about you. It is about the connection—connecting your audience to the message.  This episode will equip you to establish and maintain appropriate focus. This is good stuff!
