Amy Charlotte Kean, in this podcast, explains to me how she WAS the girl giving all the fucks but how writing her book - The Little Girl Who Gave Zero Fucks - helped her heal, be proud of herself again and find her voice.

Writing this book followed the most traumatic time in her life (think awful bullying bosses and anti-anxiety meds addiction) and she now channels her creativity to ensure she NEVER feels like this again.

Amy is the epitome of a creative polymath. As well as working in innovation in the advertising industry and being an author, she’s published a poetry book, too, she’s about to launch an audio sitcom’s & she’s also currently writing a musical.

Think she’s done with that? No! Well let’s chuck lecturer on art and culture in there, too, as well as one of LinkedIn’s top voices of 2020. Oh, and she also campaigns for diversity and inclusion at conference and events….. And, she says, she's STILL not proud enough of herself and there's more to come.

Amy definitely made me question myself (in the style of M People): What have you done lately, Suzy, to make you feel proud?
