I’ve heard a lot of people complaining that social media is draining them, especially if they're using it for work as well as personal stuff, and particularly as the world gets busier again.

I’ve felt these feelings too recently.

Fact is though, social media ain’t going away.

So let’s focus on how we can work it to our advantage, work it for our wellbeing, use it as a force for good in ourselves, in others and in the world generally.

And it CAN BE.
