Janey Lee Grace is best known for her job presenting BBC Radio 2 alongside Steve Wright in the afternoons. But she's also a best selling author, an eco campaigner, a visibility coach, and a podcaster, hosting the Alcohol Free Life.

She draws very honestly on her experiences revealing that, despite the successful facade, underneath it she was struggling hugely with self-worth. She says this lack of self-worth, which leads to a lack of self-care, is at the core of so many problems, including a reliance on alcohol to feel better - and she has lots of practical advice about how to overcome this all-too-common feeling.

I have to admit, after a hard day juggling homeschool and work I was fantasizing about a large G&T.... This episode totally made me rethink that strategy because, while I thought it would make me feel better, Janey explained why it doesn't, and why she's not a fan of the Mums Wine Club culture in particular.
