Tamara is a friend and a mentor of mine.
She is a professional alpinist and in a time where so many people label themselves as an 'athlete' on social media she certainly fits that title.
Tamara cuts through all of the dros and works incredibly hard in the outdoors chasing her dreams everyday.
Previously she has been a client of mine when we worked together for one of her expeditions a couple of years ago nutritional and that is how we met originally.
We caught up and covered he expedition to Siberia, her next challenge ski touring 200Km with 85,000 vertical metres of climbing.
Super inspiring stuff you must listen to this awesome lady as she pulls apart what it is really like travelling, training and exploring the outdoors as a job.
I was very lucky to capture some time with her.
