Tiffany is a Sports Nutrition Advisor. Three years ago Tiffany began as an intern for British Swimming and now consults for them. She also develops recipes for various companies from sports nutrition brands to Tom Little’s Colour Fit. She graduated with a 1st in Sports and Exercise sciences from Loughborough University in July 2019.
