Circadian rhythms and how things may fall out of sync, due to life load i.e. stress, stimulants like caffeine, artificial light and irregular sleep patterns.

The menstrual cycle i.e. things to consider in each phase in terms of hormonal function, appetite regulation, mood and cognition, physically readiness for exercise and recovery and regeneration from exercise, and emotional responses.

Practical steps to take in order to not leave anything up to chance, take back some control and support and nourish the female body.

(Take your temperature first thing in the morning before you get up, brush your teeth or have a drink; if take it at consistent times in the morning you’ll get more accurate readings. Bare in mind that having alcohol the night before and getting up in the three hours before waking, eg, to go to the loo, will affect the temperature.)
