Bio Marker Testing With Forth With Life - Part 1

I have been running an experiment on myself over the past year using Forth With Life’s testing service. I ordered their Baseline plus test last year in order to measure a series of bio markers. Recently, I carried out the same test in order to track any changes.

The upshot is they send you a testing kit in the post, you deliver a quick finger prick and squeeze a couple of sample of blood into small containers, then send the containers back in the post.

I was particularly interested in my Vitamin D, ferritin (iron), Calcium, HbA1C and Triglyceride scores.

In this show I take you through all of the bio markers in the baseline plus test.
