On 9/11 I was close enough to the Pentagon to feel the ground shake. These are my memories of the day which are intrinsically tied to rap. Jay-Z's The Blueprint and the first Fabolous retail came out, and my friend snagged copies before the stores closed. We watched footage of things right by our house, the news out of NYC, all while The Blueprint played on repeat.
